Simply because everyone wants to look good in front of their friends (it's human nature)!

So if your business is offering such good service to your existing customers, so much so that they are happy to refer their friends to you because it will make them look good and feel important, then you're onto a winner.

Plus it's more than likely that your potential customer has already been pre-sold on how good you are to deal with by their friend or family member.

The key to running a good referral program though is to reward your existing customers who refer their friends and family to you. You must give them more precised valued in return for the referrals they have sent your way... and in return you'll see a steady stream of consistent referrals from your existing customers.

So what can you give your existing customers as an incentive to give you referrals?

mmm... lets see well for one, I know from my experience that if you give them outstanding service most people would happily send referrals your way, in fact it will happen just because you are doing this different to other business and mainly your competitors (Tip: Keep reading because I'm going to give some killer tips later on in this report!).

I also think the personal touch of sending a hand written letter saying "Thank You" is very powerful. Think about it when was the last time someone wrote you a hand written letter... mmm maybe 9 ,10 years ago.

Remember it's all about winning the hearts and minds of your customers.

This point can be a little uneasy for some people to cope with but lets face it if your in business it's your right to make money, lot's of it in fact!

On this page you can have photos and updates of how their house is progressing. Your customers will be able to see it happening in front of their very eyes. All you need to do is update it once or twice a week with new photos with the brief outline of the progress and you're done.

How easy is that? Now if you don't know how to get the photos onto your web site then pay someone who does to do it for you!

Can you see how this can create word of mouth interest in the way you look after your customers?

You see nearly everyone who is building a house gets asked by their family, friends and workmates how their new house is coming along? And naturally your customers are going to want to talk about it to them and even better they'll want to show them ;-) mmm... isn't that interesting!

Can you see how easy it would be to create a buzz around your customer's new house, which creates a buzz around your building company?

Hey nobody does it... except you right?

Now so what if you don't own a building company, how could you use this type of idea in your business?

 It's fair to say this is where a lot of businesses leave money on the table!

That's right when it comes to following up with their customers... in fact most never follow up!

mmm... and then the same business owners wonder why they don't make as much money as they thought they could.

I guarantee you if I asked you when was the last time you received a "Thank you for being a customer letter" from a business you brought from?

My guess is never... am I right?

Well this is great news for you because this is your opportunity to be different and lead your market place.

How you ask?
